Pattern and repetition in design has long been used to, create structure, rhythm, beauty and harmony, to provoke and reshape our way of seeing. It’s in the quiet moments of observing patterns forming about in the workshop and using this as inspiration for repeat prints for textiles, interiors as well as for building facades.
NEW to the Modern Gesture range is a collection of repeat prints, inspired by our off-cuts of wood. Looking at these layers of odd and unique shapes piled up in our workshop, a vibrant fun range of repeat patterns emerged! The repetition, symmetry & order using balance geometric shapes creates a feeling of stability, calm and harmony.
