If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange your item or offer you a store credit (store credit value excludes postage paid) within 14 days of the item being received.
The item has to be undamaged and sent back in its original packaging along with a copy of the original receipt.
You will need to return your order at your own cost and by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition. The product is your responsibility until we receive it back.
Shipping costs following exchanges are not included and will be at your own expense.

In the event of an item being faulty, we will repair or replace it within 1 and a half months of the date of purchase.
If the item cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you will be entitled to a refund.

If products need to be fumigated before entering your country please inform us, so that we can supply the necessary certificate with your order.
Add a gentle cleaning detergent to a clean and slightly damp cloth. Gently wipe down the light, mirror or décor piece. This will help remove any dust that may have gathered in the weaving or between wood pieces.
